Mexico anxious to return to normal as H1N1 fears subsideThe World Health Organization said the number of confirmed cases of H1N1 flu is more than 1,000 worldwide, while officials in the U.S. and Mexico said the worst of the outbreak may be over. Mexican officials announced plans to reopen restaurants, museums, churches, libraries and other businesses and attractions. Closures hit the country's Cinco de Mayo festivities today
